Privacy & measurement policy

What we collect
This site runs first-party measurement only, and only after you accept it in the banner. We collect: a random anonymous session id kept in browser session storage, page path, referrer, device category, browser family and operating system, interface language, approximate country when already available with the request, and the campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term. We also record usage events: page view, WhatsApp/phone/email clicks, contact-form open and successful submit, video play and progress, download clicks, outbound links, language switch and primary CTA clicks.
What we do not collect
No IP address, no precise location, no advertising cookies and no cross-site identifiers. Names, phone numbers, emails and free text are never sent to the anonymous events table.
Contact form
Contact details are stored only after you intentionally submit the form, in a separate protected leads table, for business follow-up only. The traffic source and campaign parameters are stored alongside the enquiry for attribution.
Why
Measurement is used to improve the site, understand traffic sources and evaluate campaign effectiveness. It is not used for personalised advertising and is not shared with advertisers.
Retention
Anonymous measurement events are kept for up to 24 months and are then deleted or retained in aggregate only. Enquiries are kept as long as needed for the business relationship.
Your rights
You can withdraw measurement consent at any time using the button below, and request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry you sent. Browsers signalling Do Not Track are not measured at all.
External tools
No external analytics tools run on this site without explicit consent. Nothing here claims any compliance certification.
